The common PC software I almost always install on my system.

Windows Software​

  • 7-Zip is a file archiver with a high compression ratio.
  • Core Temp is a compact, no fuss, small footprint, yet powerful program to monitor processor temperature and other vital information.
  • CrystalDiskInfo is a utility for measuring disk read/write speeds.
  • Discord is a chat app.
  • Docker is a containerization technology.
  • FileZilla is an FTP client.
  • Firefox a free Web browser.
  • GIMP is a powerful and versatile tool for photo editing, graphic design and illustration.
  • Go is an open-source programming language supported by Google.
  • Handbrake is an open-source tool for converting video from nearly any format to a selection of modern, widely supported codecs
  • KeePassXC is a modern, secure, and open-source password manager that stores and manages your most sensitive information.
  • Malwarebytes is an advanced antivirus, anti-malware, privacy and scam protection for all your devices.
  • MSI Afterburner is a free utility for monitoring and overclocking graphics cards, providing detailed performance data and enabling users to adjust core and memory speeds, voltage, and fan profiles to optimize gaming performance.

Mac Software​

Caffeine is a tiny program that puts an icon in the right side of your menu bar. Click it to prevent your Mac from going to sleep, dimming the screen or starting screen savers.
